Use of cookies

We hereby inform you that, for the purpose of analysing the browsing habits of users visiting the web pages of the Raiffeisen Bank Group, we use cookies (analytic codes), which make it possible to collect data (e.g. IP address, duration of visit) from your internet-enabled device (computer or mobile device). Webchat application cookies

In addition to the application's usage data (e.g. duration of chat, usage statistics), the cookie of the webchat application posted on our website also records the visitor's name and telephone number as provided by the visitor during the chat. The data is stored by the application's server for 13 months for quality control purposes.

Targeted advertising cookies

  • The cookies are unable to identify you personally, but they do make it possible for external service providers - including Google - to display targeted advertisements for you on other websites. You can block the browser cookies using the settings of your browser.
  • The cookies give the Bank the opportunity to display advertisements that are of interest or important to you on the web pages. These cookies are also unable to identify you personally.   • Our website also uses Google AdWords remarketing tracking cookies, which enable us to display advertisements targeting visitors to our website on other websites in the Google Display network. Management of personal (provided) data

In accordance with the applicable legal regulations, you may provide the Bank with your email address, name and telephone number if you would like us to send information to you via electronic channels relating to Raiffeisen Bank Zrt. and the members and products of the Raiffeisen Group, or to contact you directly.

If you are a Customer of Raiffeisen Bank, then by giving your details you expressly grant your consent for the Bank to contact you on the provided telephone number in connection with the requested information and offers, and for the Bank and companies in the Raiffeisen Group to record and manage the provided email address for marketing purposes, and for the Bank to hand it over to third parties, as technical service providers, for data processing. Your consent applies for the duration of your business relationship with the Bank, unless you stipulate otherwise.

If you are not a Customer of Raiffeisen Bank, then by giving your details you expressly grant your consent for the Bank and companies in the Raiffeisen Group to record and manage your provided data for marketing purposes for five years from the granting of the consent or, if you instruct us accordingly, until withdrawal of the consent, and for the Bank to hand these over to third parties, as technical service providers, for data processing.

In both cases you may withdraw your consent at any time without restriction or explanation, free of charge
- in writing, in the form of a letter sent to Raiffeisen Bank Zrt. Budapest 1700,
- in person, at any branch of Raiffeisen Bank,
- electronically, in an email sent to info@raiffeisen.hu,
and you may request deletion of the above data recorded by the Bank and/or a company or companies in the Raiffeisen Group.

You are entitled to request information about the management of your personal data at any time using the above contact details and by telephone on 06-40-48-48-48; furthermore, you may request the correction, deletion or blocking of your personal data, and you also have the right to object to the management of your personal data. In the event of a breach of your rights you may take legal action.

You may not request the deletion of data that is being managed for the purpose of fulfilling any contract concluded with the Bank.

The Bank manages the provided data in accordance with Act CCXXXVII of 2013 on Credit Institutions and Financial Enterprises, and Act CXII of 2011 on Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information, and in full compliance with the provisions thereof. Raiffeisen customer service call centre

Please be aware that sales activities relating to the products and services of Raiffeisen Bank and provided via the Call Centre, and in the event of late performance, certain collection activities, are performed by the Bank’s solely owned subsidiary RB Szolgáltató Központ Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság (registered office: 4400 Nyíregyháza, Sóstói út 31/b, company registration number: Cg.15-09-079787, registered by the Company Court of the Court of Nyíregyháza).  The Company performs its activity as a captive agent in respect of the intermediation of mortgage loans to consumers, and as a captive special services agent in respect of the intermediation of other products and certain collection activities, for, on behalf and at the risk of the Bank, and the Bank is liable for any damages caused in the course of its activity. The Company is entitled to receive commission for the tasks it performs from the Bank only, and does not charge any fees to customers for its activities. The amount of the fee due to the Company in connection with the intermediation of mortgage loans is stated in the personalised information provided to consumers. The Company does not provide credit advice in relation to mortgage loans.  With respect to the making and filing of complaints against the Company, opportunities for legal remedy and, in the case of consumers, recourse to the Financial Arbitration Board, the provisions of the Bank’s General Business Conditions shall apply. The entity that supervises the Company is the National Bank of Hungary, and accordingly, it is listed in the registry of agents kept by the National Bank of Hungary. The data in the registry is published by the National Bank of Hungary in an up-to-date manner on its website, and is accessible to everyone.

 

Subscribing to Raiffeisen electronic newsletters

By subscribing to electronic newsletters (i.e. newsletters sent by email), you grant consent for Raiffeisen Bank Zrt. to send you newsletters, and to record and manage the email address and name given by you, and to hand them over to third parties - in compliance with the statutory requirements - as technical service providers in the course of data processing. In the newsletters - depending on their type - you will receive weekly or monthly information about our new services, products and special offers, as well as other useful information.
